The Process
Turning your dreams into reality...

Getting started...
The first step in the process of a new kitchen, bedroom or office always begins with you. We will arrange to meet you in your own home in order to discuss the initial design, your ideal budget and timescale. Each project is unique because every person has individual taste and requirements, and that is why we take care to listen closely to what you want in order to develop a practical and attractive solution that works for you. At this stage we will either undertake our own site survey to gather the relevant dimensions and structural information or we can work from your own architect’s plans. We will also begin to discuss your preferred style and finish of the units, worktop material and appliance specification.
Let's get creative...
Once an outline design brief has been established, we will proceed to develop the design and produce a draft proposal, including an initial estimate of cost for the project. This is usually produced within 7 days of your initial consultation. Another meeting will then be arranged to discuss the 1st stage plans in detail, during which we will address any comments or queries you may have. This will also give you the opportunity to look at our extensive sample collection. Once you are certain the design is perfect, the relevant service drawings will be made and a production slot in the workshop will be secured for the manufacture of your cabinets and worktops. We will also forward you a schedule of works outlining the key dates of the project so that you can be certain everything will go to plan.

Putting it together...
We understand that undertaking any refurbishment in the home can be a stressful and tiring process if not managed correctly, so that is why we strive to ensure everything is completed on time and with minimum disruption. Projects often involve plumbing, electrics, plastering, tiling, building work and more. We offer a complete installation service so that you don't have to worry about scheduling or employing individual contractors. Alternatively, if you would prefer to organise this yourself, we are more than happy to work alongside your own tradesmen. During the whole project Antony will regularly be on site to ensure everything is running smoothly and according to plan. Once the installation is finished, Antony will meet with you to review the finished article and will only be happy to call the project complete when you are.
Happy ever after...
At Antony Hancock, our commitment to you does not stop once the project is complete. We will be sure to help with registering appliance guarantees and offer advice on maintaining your new units and worktops. All of the product specifications will be provided for your future reference, including colours, finishes, serial numbers and service details. You can rest assured that we will always be on hand to offer our support at any stage after completion and in the future.
